Active in the professional football industry since 2000, starting as a youth academy coach. Since 2006 I have been increasingly involved in management and leadership roles. Currently as Head of Sport Coordination (First team and Academy), responsible for the structural and strategic development as well as talented youth players within the club, as well as recruitment of talented players and staff. 

Personally, I have had a dual focus over the last years, combining a focus on continued active coaching (UEFA Pro licence) with management and leadership (MBA studies). Additional opportunities to work together with prominent experts in these fields have led to further personal and professional development. 

I am very proud of having personally coached and accompanied many top talents such as Kai Havertz or Kevin Kampl and look forward to accompanying future young players on their journeys. Over the years I have profited from working together with role models in the football industry, as well as other fields, and can now say with pride that I can provide the same learning experiences for others.
