Slawomir Czarniecki
For more than 25 years, I have been helping people unlock their potential and achieve sustainable growth, first as a coach and later in leadership roles within professional football. My journey began in 2000 in elite youth development and has evolved through a variety of coaching, management and executive positions, leading to broad responsibilities in the development of players, coaches, staff and organisational structures.
Today, I work as an Academy Manager within one of Europe's leading football academies, where my focus lies on the strategic and organisational development of high-performance environments, as well as the growth of talented players, future leaders and high-performing teams.
Coaching
As a UEFA Pro License Coach, I combine practical experience from elite football with modern approaches to leadership, organizational development and management. My philosophy is built on the belief that sustainable success is achieved when professional expertise, authentic leadership and a strong culture come together.
Talent Development
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting and developing numerous talented young players, including international stars such as Kai Havertz and Kevin Kampl. These experiences have reinforced my conviction that talent alone is never enough. Long-term success depends on the right people, the right environment and the ability to prioritize development over short-term results.
Leadership & Mentoring
Alongside player development, a significant part of my work is dedicated to the growth of coaches, staff members and leaders. Through mentoring, coaching and consulting, I support individuals in identifying their strengths, expanding their perspectives and increasing their impact both personally and professionally.
